A commercial shopping complex built in the
same tradition and Islamic architectural design as the Khan El-Khalili
found in old Down Town Cairo.

This recreation contains more than 900
individual shops, specializing in the same unique hand crafted wares
found only at the old Khan.

Built on a total area of
92,400m2 only 42,000m2 is built area. The remaining dedicated
to parking, walk ways,
green areas, studios, mega stores, open areas for various activities
and administration units.

Away from the crowds and noise, yet only
minutes from greater Cairo. One can walk among the narrow winding streets
and shops and gaze at the line hand crafts, dine at a oriental Café or
sip Turkish coffee street side while taking in the Aroma of Eastern
incense and spices.
